"Great stay in Hilo"

"There was a medium size cockroach inside the bathing tub and it was very stubborn to get rid of it. The front office lady blabbered something in her own accent was very hard to follow. Parking was a nightmare. You should know some gymnastics and know how to come out of the car after you parked in the tight spot. It's highly possible your car will get stuck and damaged. Good thing is it's nearer to the airport and restaurants. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a variety of fresh fruits picked from trees on the property, yogurt, and delicious baked goods baked fresh by the owner. Owners Stewart and Lori were excellent hosts -- very helpful and friendly, and they made the stay quite enjoyable. The room didn't have a/c but didn't need it. The B&B is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood just a few miles above Hilo. I highly recommend it!"

"Beautiful, quiet, clean, comfortable, & a lot of space to spread out. A real oasis. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals at home. The time we spent at the house we gravitated to the covered lanai to look and listen to the river and to stay dry from the daily rain. The home is very close to town. The host provided easy check in and check out instructions."

"This home is amazing!! There were five of us and there was PLENTY of room for all of us. The home was extremely clean. Unlike other houses on this trip we could actually walk around in white socks and they weren’t black in the first ten steps. The kitchen had everything we needed and was stocked with coffee and filters. If we ever come back to the Hilo area, you can bet we will be staying at this house. Suzy was exceptional in answering any questions we had and offering advice if needed. "

"This is a beautiful, quiet property just above Hilo town. The view of Hilo from the property is AMAZING! Great value for the room we had for 5 days. The property is very relaxing and the sounds of the coqui frogs at night add to the feeling of relaxation and induction of sleep. I would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Hilo."
