「Updated, comfortable and clean hotel. What imakes it stand out from the plethora of luxury hotels downtown is the sraff's exceptional hospitality. Being from the same industry i did appreciate the unbeatable combination of a very comfortable bed, tv with smart view, rainfall shower, scrumptious breakfast with great cofee, beatiful spa and the warm smiles of all the employees eager to help you at any moment. There are policies that are a bit unusual and i havent experienced in other hotels prior...

「The hotel is rather plush and comfortable. There are lots of sculptures scattered about the public areas which is nice. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Parking in the hotel car park is charged at 10 lev per day. Our shower door leaked. There was pornography on the TV the moment I turned it on and disturbingly even when I changed channels the pornography came back when I left the tv unattended. The sauna and swimming pool are charged extra and expensive and a swimming cap is mandatory. 」
