"I understand the rental was new, so there's some scope for improvement, but we got off to a bad start when I booked the property but was then told the pictures did not relate to the flat available. After negotiating we stayed, and the smart TV did not stream any channel or even Netflix, but although the shower immersion heater unit worked, the tap only ran cold in the bathroom sink, and there could have been a few more mugs, cutlery and some side plates would have been helpful. Hyatt Centric Cambridge

Hyatt Centric Cambridge

10/10 Excellent
"Always stay here when we are in Cambridge. Always clean, quiet and comfortable. Positioned a little outside the centre, it’s a lovely walk across fields to town. This means it’s not as expensive as other hotels in the area, but you get excellent, quiet comfortable rooms- larger than lots we’ve paid more for. Would recommend wholeheartedly."
