“DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE PRETTY PHOTOS OF THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY Worst stay we’ve ever had. We checked in and went straight out, after getting back at 1am the hotel was locked and nobody was around to let us in, we searched and shouted for 10 minutes by going round the back of the hotel (I cut my leg on a thorn bush trying to find a way in) and then finally somebody appeared just as we were about to decide we would sleep out in the car park. The room itself was disgusting as the tv didn’t……

“Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. Overall good stay apart from mattress too soft, room was very hot and a fan had been provided which was no way near adequate. Complimentary bottled water in room would have been nice. Good buffet breakfast, everything you needed. Have an electric car. Website doesn’t say anywhere to bring your own charging cable to charge car. Have never had this issue before.”

“Very clean and great staff. The breakfast was lovely. Nice to find out that the meat from the brasserie is all halal, which meant I had a steak on our second night. Also the ravioli dish was wonderful too. Loved the food. The spa facilities are fantastic and not busy. Other guests were perfectly pleasant, didn't experience any issues considering we were the only non-white couple there and my wife dresses modestly. We spent an afternoon there across the various rooms. A few hours relaxing in……

“The room was fairly big, clean and our children had their own beds which was good. The pool can only be used by over 16s which was the main reason we booked, but my fault for not checking. Breakfast was fine, but understaffed (just one person), our son was handed cutlery and told to make up our table which we thought was a bit unprofessional. While this wasn’t an expensive hotel, I still don’t think we got good value and wouldn’t stay again.”

“For location was pretty quite. Nice touch was the bottle of wine. Comfy bed. Small bathroom and sink was in the bedroom. But not a deal breaker. Nice breakfast with a good choice. Would definitely stay again”

“The room was newly refurbished but it was not cleaned properly. I found packets of white powder behind furniture( suspected drugs); there was long dark hair in bed anf on the floor; booked well in advance and requested for roller bed only to be told there we taken offered to another occupant & had to make kids beds on the floor (fortunately we brought extra bedding); sharing the shower cubicle with 2 other families was not ideal; i sneezed the whole weekend from the electric diffusers but it……

“It's a fairly basic 3* hotel. It's right in the services, so handy for grabbing a bite and the have a breakfast voucher option for £7.50 that gets you £10 to spend in the services. Hotel was clean, albeit a bit tired. Beds were comfortable enough, but one of our mattresses had a bit of a dip. Fan in the room was appreciated. We stayed 3 nights for Silverstone and it is fine for a short stay / stopover. We would normally stay in 4*+ hotels, but this was perfectly fine. Receptionist advised……
