「The hotel has long history, but the room is comfortable, service was good, the staffs are friendly! But the shower flow too weak！」

Complimentary upgrade to double deluxe (Bed was superking & super comfy) Room facilities and room cleanliness were great, staff were very friendly and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. 「The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. 」

「The room was clesn and comfortable, housekeeping staff were very helpful especially helpful with my wife who was a bit off colour. The general quslity of catering was better than our last. Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny. As a former auditor i would suggest a visit by a snag fixer and this place would be cracking. Small changes, massive differences.」

「Staff were friendly at check-in, and explained all we needed to know regarding the hotel and bar. We ate dinner at the hotel, and the food was superb, chatting to chef after meal service had ended, it was obvious they take great pride in their food. The (family) room was very spacious for the two of us, and the corner shower cubicle in the en-suite bathroom was a generous size. Outside there is a secluded green with access to public moorings for Broads cruisers. All in all, a great place to...
