「The hotel and our room (No 5) were nicely styled in a modern silver-grey scheme. Our room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. Bathroom was clean and modern too. However, 3x issues really: 1. the TV didn't work very well - aerial didn't function properly so signal & picture/sound kept cutting out; 2. bathroom door didn't shut fully; and lastly, 3. single-glazed windows meant noise from the road outside was loud. 「We had an issue on the first night with a noisy kitchen fan unit under our window. Not much sleep had! I went to see Reception first thing and the receptionist and Manager were terrific. They said that we could move , we just packed our things, went out and they moved our luggage to a new room. 」
