The staff at reception, housekeeping, dining are complete professionals who genuinely care about guests' experiences. Elegant rooms with many mirrors and, count 'em, 15 total light switches. Immaculate. Thoughtful touches. Prompt in room dining service. Breakfast in Shamiana restaurant beyond delicious with so much variety. But it is the people who make The Taj so memorable. "Great hotel in an excellent location. The rooms and common areas were clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout our stay. What really made the experience stand out was the staff — everyone from reception to dining and housekeeping was genuinely friendly and helpful. A special mention to Pan Singh, Ballu, and Rasjesh, who truly went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warm hospitality made a big difference.
