"The hotel is in an excellent location any The Metro is nearby to access all areas of Rotterdam. In the same building there is the food hall which has a variety of food outlets in it. The bar in the hotel only opens on Friday and Saturdays (out of season?)"

"Immaculate hotel, perfect location close to metro lines to take you in to Rotterdam central. Great range of rooms, family room is very nice. Very friendly staff nothing is too much trouble. Food is very nice and very filling. Highly recommended. "

"SS Rotterdam is nice experience. Reception staff wasn’t nice once we arrived early as we simply asked if early check in available and lady was so unhappy telling how busy they are and we must come after 3pm - I agree but tone and face expression could be different and all story would be different. Breakfast is nice , staff in restaurants are super friendly and doing every single extra mile if they can. Check out process super simple. Thank you for hosting us "

"Great location, lovely staff, delicious breakfast with great variety. You are in walking distance of restaurants , cafes, bars etc. Lovely spacious room and clean and modern. Decor around the hotel is classy and warming. Metro just few yards away and Rotterdam central station 15min walk. "

"When we arrived the place was very cold 14 degrees and a window was open. We turned up heat, closed window and went into town, returned 3 hrs later. After returning, apt warmed up to 17 when thermostat was set to 20. And also - a very pungent sewer smell was pervasive in apt. Guessing that is why window was open when we arrived? We left again to walk to Ahoy for tennis and returned 3 hrs later to an even worse smell and cold apartment. We left that night and went to a hotel. I did not communicate with host - except re: it being cold when we checked in. Could have been ok with the cold - but the smell was awful. Would not recommend this rental. The host did let us check-in early. "

"If you don’t want to stay in central Rotterdam. Ibis style is the place for you. Close to a shopping mall and the Rotterdam ahoy. The hotel itself has young staff that are happy to help"
