“Centraal gelegen op loopafstand van alles, echter veel hinder van druk verkeer. Kamers zijn gehorig. Afwasmachine was niet aanwezig zoals gemeld in de beschrijving. De freezer van de koelkast was kennelijk lang niet ontdooid en druppelde water in het koelwater gedeelte. Geen mogelijkheid voor een late check out en ook geen mogelijkheid om de bagage op de locatie zelf op te slaan.”

“Good location near the bus stop and the supermarket”

“We had a wonderful stay.”

“We had a wonderful time at this property. It had everything you needed was very clean Centre to everything”

“Amazing place to stay great views and comfortable apartment”

“Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay for three people. The house is well equipped, with private parking, a dishwasher, and a washing machine, all of which made the stay very convenient. There is also a good batch brew coffee machine, comfortable beds, and a suitable table for working, which added to the overall comfort. The location is another strong point, with close proximity to Funchal city center making it easy to get around and access everything needed. However, it may not be……

“Alles war wunderbar:-) Kann nichts negatives sagen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt:-)”

“Great stay! I’d definitely return. Speedy responses to my questions. Property as advertised. Streaming and WiFi were a huge plus. Convenient walk to nearby cafes.”

“If you want to be an easy walking distance to the market, the seaside, great restaurants, the cable car, etc., you cannot find a better apartment than this one in Zona Velma! It is a simple apartment that was comfortable and clean. Small kitchen for preparing simple meals. Sea view from kitchen window. Nice balcony with a pretty street view. I did not find the street very noisy. I would recommend this apartment for a great Funchal experience! ”

“The apartment is pleasant, comfortable, has a spacious garage, a good outdoor area, and an elevator. All of our requests were met during our stay. Its location is a 15-minute walk from Funchal's center, which is covered on steep hills. The only drawback is the existence of a bar across from the apartment, which is a bit of a nuisance when sleeping.”

“It was the first time in Madeira and it won’t be our last! The apartment was very spacious for our family of 5 and the views from the balcony were amazing. We ate out there for every meal. The weather was perfect, warm and sunny in the day and cooler at night. The area is beautiful with plenty of seafood restaurants over looking the ocean and walking the promenade for miles. And finally the pool and bathing area of the complex were wonderful with the amazing views of the Madeira’s landscape!”

“Great apartment with a super central location. Would highly recommend”
