The team managing the property was friendly, responsive, and provided great service throughout our stay. We were so happy to end our holiday on such a high note in Madeira. Highly recommended!”

“Very good sized apartment in a good location, within walking distance to the marina, old town, restaurants and a nearby shopping centre with a supermarket. Simple check in process via a door code. Very quiet in the evenings. The shower is large but due to the set up the water does spill over as there is no shower door. The apartment got warm which was ok in April with the plug in fan but would likely be too hot in the summer with no air con”

“The venue was good, but could have used better daily cleaning, more ease of finding parking, and an actual beach view that wasn't obstructed by a tree. The noise level at night was also difficult at times when trying to sleep (due to other guests, not just street driving). The location was fabulous with many nearby options of food and attractions, making it easy to get around.”

“Alles hat mit Eingangscodes funktioniert, sodass man keinen Schlüssel bei sich tragen musste. Die Kommunikation und der Service war gut. Hatten einen kleinen Defekt, welcher innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert wurde. Die Ausstattung des Appartements reicht vollkommen aus. Die Messer könnten erneuert werden”

“When i arrived, cleaning wasn't done. Staff explained that the cleaning service didn't advise them and had issue with number of check in this day. I came back 1h30 after and it was done. Staff was quick and helpfull , communication was done by phone as there is not reception ( appart) I stayed 1 day and i found Bed Bugs in the beds !!! I was on the apt 1st floor. Be very carefull !!! I have bits everywhere, and the bugs i found was big. Staff accept to refund the all stayed but i had to……

“Modern apartment. Has everything we need for a 1 week trip. Good for people with rental cars; groceries and restaurants are 3-10 minutes drive only. No complaints and would recommend!”

“Die Wohnung war in sehr gutem Zustand und es war alles da, was man so braucht, incl. Waschmaschine. Highlight ist natürlich die Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Funchal. In unserer Wohnung war davon aber kaum was zu hören. Gleich neben an ist das dazugehörige wirklich gute Restaurant, worüber auch der Check In abgewickelt wird. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Einziger kleiner Wehrmutstropfen ist, dass es bei starkem Regen einmal durch die Decke getopft hat - da ist wohl irgenwar undicht.……

“Simple, but clean and comfortable apartment perfect as a base for our stay. Especially appreciated the washing machine and the host even provided a couple of detergent capsules, so we were able to wash our clothes after a muddy hike. Good location, close to the centre of Funchal, but bear in mind there's a steep hill to climb up - though taxies from the centre will cost you about 4 euros.
