“The staff were as nice as the beauty of the hotel. The indoor and outdoor pools were beautiful and walking easily to the beach and shops were lovely. A few things that the hotel can do to make the stay even better: 1) turn the outdoor pool lights on at night, pool is open until 12am but it’s dark, so not safe. 2) change a few items each day at breakfast. Not appealing after day 3. 3) make the emergency pulls longer in the tub. Can’t reach a 5 ft high pull it if you falll!!!”

“10/10 recommend staying here! The property manager was highly communicative, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for being close to Ponta Delgada and also being able to easily access the rest of the island. I would highly recommend renting a car, and parking was easy on the property.
