「Nicole, Aidlia, Nathalia, Rodrigo, Miguel displayed passion i envied. There was nothing too much to ask. The same for the breakfast show kitchen Chef with the goatie beard navigating the demands for all sort of fancy egg diahes. I am particularly amazed by his attention to detail and multi tasking skills. Well trained i thought! That required focus, and a great amount of love for the job. The passion for their job was evident. For their island! We love that! The hotel is a beautiful wonder....

「This hotel is clean the rooms are great but that is were it ends. The free breakfast was wonderful with plenty to choose from. As far as the staff i have mixed feeling. Some were friendly were others not so much. You litterly have to pay for everything there. If you wanted to play pool,you have to pay to rent the balls to play. There are no vending machines for snacks so if you want a snack, you have to walk about 5 to 10 minutes to get to a store. I felt for the price this hotel it should...

「The hotel is exceptional and the area where it is located is breathtaking. While you have to pay in order to use the geothermal pools anywhere else on the island, there are geothermal pools right here in the hotel for your use anytime of the day or night! The hotel leaves little treats and trinkets in your room for you throughout most of your stay, there are incredible tasting teas with cookies in the lobby area, and breakfast was divine! We highly recommend this hotel!」

「Where do I begin? Maybe that I will absolutely be back specifically to this property! It was right in the old city, which made it very convenient. Our first interaction was with Carlos, who was great. He even helped point out the archives so I could look up a family member. The hotel is a hidden gem. The entry is so welcoming, staff are great, the breakfast (included) is very good. Free outdoor parking is a short walk away. I felt staff could help with any questions and we enjoyed coming...
