"Just as pictured, the room was very clean and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. However, the rooms were not sound proof as stated so it was heard to relax during the day or sleep at night. Staff is very loud during the day other than that the hotel is in an excellent location with the D train just steps away and the bus stop right at the corner. China town is right on the side street so you can get ramen, dumplings and a bakery on every block. The neighborhood is also very safe! I had breakfast one morning and it was fresh and delicious. There is a coffee and tea station 24hrs in the lobby and staff is very helpful and friendly at the front desk!"

"We had the best experience at this hotel thanks to a wonderful staff, and specifically Adam at the front desk. Just a brief uber ride from the Brooklyn cruise port - we were snowed in following our cruise. Adam and team accommodated us and our luggage early to ensure it was a welcoming experience. The rooms were clean with modern bathrooms and a rainfall detachable shower head combo. We did laundry for $10 for the first load and $5 thereafter. The team helped us with restaurant recommendations and found us a cab during the ice storm to take us and our luggage to Penn station. Wonderful experience, would stay again."
