Unbeatable location, with bus stops 100 meters away, two of Paris' best bakeries nearby, lovely cafes along Canal Saint Martin, and more importantly, Gare du Nord and Gard de l'Est within easy walking distance. There was also a persistent drainage or moldy smell around the building, which was quite unpleasant.
