“We were greeted by the nicest woman when we entered the door! She truly made us feel welcomed and important! Our room was beautiful and very close to the indoor pool and hot tub and also the dining room which had a great buffet breakfast! I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this establishment! The Hotel Grand Victorian is a beautiful place to stay!”

“Essentially, this is the perfect hotel minus air conditioning. Which unfortunately is probably the only thing that matters besides being clean. I've stayed here 3 times and the a/c basically keeps the room at 78°- 80° from 8am - 10pm no matter what. It makes the room humid and sticky and almost unbearable. Everything is honestly well kept clean and perfect otherwise. The staff and management couldn't be better 10/10. But the owner operator needs to replace the a/c's they are 13 years old at……

“I recently stayed at this hotel, and my overall experience was average. It has a few positives, but there are also several areas that could be improved. The room was decent—clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, though nothing particularly stood out. The building itself is clearly older, and its age is noticeable in both the exterior and common areas. While it is generally maintained, it could benefit from renovations to give it a fresher and more modern feel. The biggest disappointment……

“Thjis was my first time to Branson and I had a great time. My friend and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I loved the hot tub. Our room was very clean and the customer service was very nice. The staff was very helpful.”

“Very clean, and very helpful staff. The water pressure in shower was not good! Breakfast was OK, but could have had fresh fruit instead of the canned mixed stuff, and did not have the oatmeal advertised. Breakfast setup and staff very nice.”
