“Great location ”

“We have stayed with this group before so we knew what to expect. The condo was very clean, the furniture (and bed) was comfortable. The kitchen had the few necessities we needed for our stay. The only issues we encountered were that the remote in the bedroom had dead batteries, and that there were not 2 bedside tables in the bedroom so we had to improvise by using our cooler. Overall, not big issues. It was kind of dark coming back to our condo at night at the end of the hall because several……

“Best Western Plus Westgate Inn & Suites deserves real credit. The staff here is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—one of the reasons I keep coming back. The breakfast was great, the room was clean, and the whole place felt safe and well taken care of. I’ve stayed at Best Western properties six times this year, including the one in Troy, NY, and they’ve never let me down. This location continues that streak. Reliable, comfortable, and consistently well-run. Highly recommend.”
