「Oh wow! What a surprise! Truthfully, I was not expecting much, but the price was right and for one night, that was pretty much my deciding factor, for a downtown location. I was actually anticipating a kind of run-down, old hotel in a backwater WV town. It was beautiful. My room was really nice, and it. was. spotless. Tons of free parking on-site. 「The entry door was warped and could not lock. We crammed a door up against it before we went to bed. The toilet leaked. The phone did not work. There was almost no toilet paper. We had to hunt some down because the front desk phone must not ring. The television was not plugged in when we got there, but even after plugging it in, we only had four channels. The Wi-Fi password did not work. Thank heavens we were only there overnight.」
