"Loved our stay at the Caribou Lodge! The lobby and our room are super cozy and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great, just 20 mins walk from Banff center or less than 10 mins by bus (bus passes for the whole stay provided by the hotel too which we love). Bus stop is right by the hotel which is super convenient, we didn't have to drive the car to Banff town at all during the whole stay. Restaurant has nice breakfast too!"
"Rooms were clean, and they gave our group connecting rooms which was a bonus. The decor is home-y with lots of common areas to spend time together on the property. Breakfast was excellent with lots of great & unique options. Very convenient location for visit RMNP"
"Where parts of hotel, although renovated, still show signs of age. The staff here makes up for it! I will always use this hotel for summer staycations bc of staff and the awesome pool! "
"Great place to stay. Train tracks run along side of the building but is by far the quickest train tracks that I ever heard! You hear a little sound from the locomotives and that is it. But for light sleepers there were ear plugs next to bed. lol. Breakfast was good and very reasonable
