She gave me very helpful instructions information and would actually draw everything on the map to guide me in the city. If you want a budget friendly clean hotel while in Rome, I 100% recommend this hotel.」

「We loved our stay at the Hotel San Francesco. The entire staff was incredibly gracious and helpful. Liz at reception gave us great recommendations, we enjoyed chatting with her. Smiley truly lives up to her name, lovely and helpful. We enjoyed apperitivos at the rooftop lounge and were never disappointed with the food, drinks and service.
