「Very clean unit with very comfortable bedding. The unit is slightly off the beaten path but I loved how quiet it was, esp in a busy city. We did not use pool or hot tub but the gym was very nice and located on the same floor as the unit. This is my second stay with CLoud9 and it was 5-stars again. They even collected a left item and mailed it back to us!」

「We loved staying at the penthouse. It has great views and everything close by.」

「Clean and well put together, great location that's near the subway.」

「Unfortunately, we cannot give your property a five-star review. The listing described three bedrooms, but the space by the stairs is open and does not provide the privacy of an enclosed bedroom. As a result, I did not have a private bedroom and had to book a hotel at the last minute, adding an unexpected expense. The stay ended up costing much more than anticipated. 「Everything was clean and comfortable. Fabulous views and great location. Fully stocked kitchen and great facilities on 9th floor. Owners were quick to respond. There is even a grocery store right outside the building. My only suggestion for improvement would be better blinds/drapes/shades in the bedrooms because the city lights were bright all night and sunrise was early and bright. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for everything.」

「Amazing location! Great host.」

「 ProsExcellent, centralized downtown location with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and entertainment. Large windows that provide amazing natural light throughout the space. Gorgeous city views from the windows. Spacious layout that accommodated our group well. Communication Areas for Improvement A long blonde hair was found on one of the bed pillows upon arrival. The hallway bathroom would benefit from a comfort-height toilet, comfort-height sink, and a more accessible light switch. The...
