“酒店比較舊，浴缸及洗手盤的去水有問題，後來發現是有大量頭髮在去水位導致淤塞。停車場出口需要入代幣，但在check-in 時職員查問有沒有車時也沒有告知。”

“The room was clean and the AC worked well. We were very comfortable. The neighborhood did not have a ton of nearby restaurants but very close to the bus and metro.”

“Great location, super friendly hosts, very convenient and clean. My only feedback is not having control on the A/C and the showerhead didn't hold well so it needed adjustments. I would recommend anyone to stay here though. It was a wonderful stay with the exception of the heat and AC”

“This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated……

“Being the first time to visit Montreal, Hotel William Gray definitely impressed me, for both its location and staffs. It is located inside the old Montreal area, that means you are easily to enjoy the day and night scene of the area. You may choose any restaurant (in which there are a lot of restaurants to choose) you like and return to the hotel within 5 minutes walk. Besides, the hotel is just 10 minutes walk to the metro station, it is easy for tourists to sightsee around the city. For the……

“Loved the location in the heart of old Montreal. We made good use of the rooftop patio and was a nice option instead of a balcony. Croissants every morning was a very nice touch and we greatly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.”

“The place is incredibly nice, very rich but minimalistic feel; however, the parking situation was not a vibe. Since you are in the tourist hub, it's a pedestrian only area, so locating overnight parking was quite a challenge and I didn't find them to be the most upfront or helpful with this. When I inquired they provided what appeared to be helpful instructions, but when I had issues with the instructions and tried to call them, I wasn't able to get through to anyone and had to figure it out……
