“My experience was terrible as soon as we entered the owner of the property started asking us how we got it for so cheap and started venting about it. That is how we were welcomed and it is such a terrible way to welcome somebody who’s going to be your guest. There was no water in the fridge or even in the kitchen area that we could use. The bathroom was terrible. The toilet wasn’t even cleaned and it stink everywhere, including the room. The owner did not help with anything that was asked, and……

“Being the first time to visit Montreal, Hotel William Gray definitely impressed me, for both its location and staffs. It is located inside the old Montreal area, that means you are easily to enjoy the day and night scene of the area. “This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated……
