“Beautiful grounds on the hotel property. It is across from a beautiful beach. Nice pool. Extremely helpful, caring staff. Was great to have a restaurant at this hotel with good food. I would definately stay again if I'm ever in Nassau. 5 stars!!”

“Employees were ok but greeting your customers with a smile would be nice. Bed is in comfortable the place looks nice in the pictures they advertise but it’s really not that nice ,the door is very hollow and easy to break into if you give it hard enough push, as part as the shuttle I feel like it should be free not paying $25 but I’m glad they still picked us up and drop us off to the airport cause we paid. AC works really good so that’s a plus!! But WiFi sucks. Sandy’s Cafe next door was……

“The property is beautiful no doubt about that, with stunning views since it sits pretty high up ( maybe on one of the highest points) in a residential neighborhood. Therefore it is quite far away by foot from restaurants, shops, beach etc. It only makes sense if you have a rental car. We, unfortunately stayed in a room (Pearl)on the first floor that resembled more a cell than a hotel room with two twin!!!! beds, one chair with a small round table that was too small to put a computer up and……

“This place was amazing!! From the restaurants to the poolside bars which I was able to watch the World Cup! The pool is huge! The views are priceless! And the rooms are really nice.”

“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch.”

“The room wasn’t a hotel. It was an apartment. The apartment had visible black mold growing on the walls and the furniture. And sheets were slept in and dirty and the mattress was dirty. The sinks also hadn’t been cleaned. ”
