“Such a beautiful location! Like, absolutely gorgeous. Check-in was seamless and easy and we felt like we had everything we needed to have a great stay. The only thing I would say is that the water can be a little off tasting (old pipes will do that) so I would recommend buying some water for yourself beforehand if you’re a water snob like me. Otherwise perfect stay! Would definitely come here again. :)”

“Home was clean. Had taco night for our son’s family. Not a fan of a glass coffee table, but only because my grandkids visited. I would never rate someone less because of that, just a different viewpoint on decor. Overall we were a few blocks from my son’s business and the Saturday market! Close to everything really. “This is a lovely property in a quiet area. The hosts, Carl and Linda, are very guest focused and took care of all my needs. The kitchen should be supplied with paper napkins. Website needs to be updated as they no longer have a Keurig. The Nespresso was wonderful. The wifi worked great. Access to parking is a bit tricky, but through the host's help, we made it work. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.”

“We've stayed in Ashland more times than I can count, coming sometimes twice a year for OSF. This is far and away the very best lodging we've ever enjoyed. Spotless, with very nice furnishings throughout, including kitchen necessities. Just one block from the theaters, it is a very private, quiet, hillside studio with lovely views. And if I could transfer that luxurious bathroom to my own home, I'd do it in a heartbeat. ”
