"Quiet neighborhood, clean house, communicative host. We stayed only one night, but would happily stay longer! Good Wi-Fi. Smart thermostat. Keurig coffee maker. Easy off-street parking for multiple cars. "

"There were greasy dishes/mainly the plates in the cupboard, we had to wash before using, I saw a couple roaches, the neighborhood was sketch, the police were called early one morning for what looked like a domestic dispute, and one of the pictures advertised shampoo/conditioner so we did not bring our own … soap was provided but not shampoo/conditioner as the picture showed. We got what we paid for. Everything else was well cleaned, the floors, linens (towels, begging, rugs, couches) - the apartment was in great condition but the location/area was not so great."

"This was a wonderful family-friendly rental in a great location near the incline railway, Ruby Falls, and Rock City. It was just a quick drive to the aquarium, children’s museum, and other fun downtown spots.Easy parking in the driveway, quiet location, and a well-maintained backyard. Our kids were so excited about the play area and their own space upstairs with two twin beds. Kitchen was also well stocked, and coupled with the Publix just 5 minutes away, we were able to have most meals at the house. Highly recommend staying here for a small group or family! "

"Clean house, great beds. Convenient location in terms of travel time to in-town attractions. The house seems to be in the first wave of a neighborhood going through revitalization: we had zero issues, but it might be a shock if you are totally unfamiliar with the area. "
