Pet Policy

We are dogs lovers! Pet's are allowed. But must be pre-approved. Simply send us a message and let us know what type of dog, etc.

We allow one dog only and they must be 25 lbs or less. Dogs may not get on beds and must be in a kennel when you are not home. At no time are they allowed to be left unattended. They also must be on a leash at all times when outside per HOA.

Pet fee is $35 per night for one dog with a maximum fee of $350. This fee will be requested to be paid before your stay via separate checkout.

**If you try to sneak a pet that is not approved you will be charged the maximum fee of $350.

We apologize for being so stringent. But people have tried taking advantage of our policy in the past. Thank you for your understanding.


Access

A code will be given for the front door. To control the garage you will need to download an app on your phone for the duration of your stay. 


Other Things To Note

The Rotonda is a deed-restricted community. Parking on the street is not allowed. Boats, trailers, and RVs are also NOT allowed on the street or driveway. The HOA imposes fees for any violations. There will be a minimum of $250 fine for any guests in violation. A complete list of HOA rules will be provided. Any HOA fees for violations will be passed along to guest.
