“Fantastic villa with several comfortable seating areas inside and out. Outside bbq / social area was a standout feature. High tech Light switches took a bit of getting used to - but probably more down to us! We hired some bikes and enjoyed our morning rides. If you don't know the area; the excursions we really enjoyed included Gilchrist Park and Fishermen’s Village in Punta Gorda, Boca Grande and walk around lakes at Broadmoor Park in Rotonda West itself. Dustin was great host.”

“The property is nice . Unfortunately we did not get to take advantage of the pool , because we were rarely at the house .. Everything was as advertised. We did have issues with the A/C system , which I notified the owners of . And said they will address. Over all a great stay . We rent in large groups very often all over the country , and one of our must haves is the bathroom for each bedroom , so A+++ ON that . That is something that you cant always find .”

“We are a couple from England, we stayed for 18 nights in April. The rental was a large villa on the main road and a bridge outside, noise was only heard when large trucks crosses it at speed. We had hot sunny days for the whole of our stay and it was reported that for the first time since last year it reached 90 degrees. Pool temperature was okay for us. The outside area was very large with a good shaded area which suited us. We did find the shower in the master bathroom lacked force.”

“We loved staying here. The property is well thought out and set up for a few people or a larger group to stay. We especially enjoyed the his and her closets in the master bedroom. The rooms are large and roomy and decorated super nice! A perfect balance of comfort, fun, and all amenities. The pool and hot tub was so nice to have it all to ourselves. The large kitchen made meal prep very easy. The owners were easy to reach and super helpful with all our questions. Everything was top-notch and……
