"Place was clean, comfortable beds, comfortable couches, rocking recliner, pool area enjoyable, perfect layout of home, plenty of seating, close the stores, close to beaches. Alicia was an excellent Hostess! There was 6 adults, and 4 babies, family came down for husbands 70 th birthday! Wonderful time, would highly recommend!"

"Sergey was so helpful and accommodating! Our second car was being shipped and arriving before us and Sergey said it was okay to park it in the driveway. Luckily we did not need to do that but his offering that took a huge worry off our shoulders. The location was great and it was fantastic having the garage space. Not warm enough for us to test out the pool, but nice to sit on the screened in patio!"

"We had a lovely stay at this property. Our host Narcisa was a pleasure to work with and was always available right away when we needed her. We really enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub while there, and the host left a complimentary bottle of wine for us which I thought was a very nice touch. The home was very clean, which is something I am very particular about, and I was very comfortable and pleased with the cleanliness of this home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already talking about going back at a future date. "

"We are a group of 70 year old gals that all went to the same high school in St. Louis. We have been getting together over the last 5 years renting a house in different locations in Southwest Florida. We were more than pleased with this home. It hit all the marks - heated pool with cage, 5 bdr/3.5bath, totally stocked kitchen with all cooking/baking needs needs, paper products, clean. It had plenty of off street parking as we are coming from different parts of SWF. Due to a storm, we lost electricity (as did the entire neighborhood) and once contacted, the property manager was quite responsive. Of course, they had no control over fixing the problem, but were very helpful providing information about when the power would be restored. I highly recommend this property for family gatherings, and definitely for a girls getaway. "
