Lovely Villa, it has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The pool and view of the wild life kept us entertained for hours. We visited the beaches and saw some wonderful sunsets.

Florida getaway Modern, comfortable and convenient

Beautiful lanai and pool. Modern cabinetry. Comfortable bed and family room. Spacious garage. Christina responded to minor issues despite thetime difference.

Beautiful home in wonderful location.

A beautiful home with everything we needed and more. Location was perfect and we enjoyed spotting the variety of wildlife especially the alligator! Beaches were accessible and we enjoyed our days out especially the boat trip to Cabbage Key. Thank you Christina and John for answering the questions we had you were very helpful.

Excelente atención por parte de Christina. Siempre atenta a cualquier inquietud. la casa y la parte exterior muy bien. solo recomiendo mejorar-actualizar el baño principal en la zona de la bañera. La casa esta muy bien equipada, bicicletas, inflables para la piscina, cañas de pescar, sillas para playa, parrilla. Zona muy tranquila para descansar

Great rental

House was just as described and ready to go. There were plenty of amenities and didn’t lack for anything. Pool was clean and the house backed up to a canal with a sitting area which was perfect for evening and sunset. Will be renting again.

49 Pine Outstanding!

We absolutely loved this property! Beautifully maintained, very clean and well appointed. We loved the pool and relaxing or grilling in the Lanai area. It was wonderful to have such a well stocked home with everything we needed. The two bikes provided were perfect for exploring the area and riding the trail. We’d like to rent for next year, but sadly, see that they are already booked.

Great vacation rental

House was spotlessly clean, check-in was easy, owner was quick to reply to messages, and location is only a short drive to beaches. Perfect FL vacation rental. The pool was nice and warm for our Dec-Jan trip too! Highly recommend!

Lovely stay in Rotonda West

Amazing home

We stayed here last year and returned, once again a wonderful stay, lovely villa with a dock overlooking the lake (alligators, turtles etc) SW facing pool for the sunsets and clean and tidy inside with everything catered for - would recommend if you want a relaxing stay in a quiet neighbourhood approximately 20 mins drive from beaches, shops and restaurants.

Excellent Rotonda West Villa

Lovely property, clean and everything needed for the two of us. Excellent dock on the lake watching the baby gator and the variety of bird life. Excellent location for visiting the gulf coast beaches. Highly recommended and Christina and John were easy to communicate with all through the process.

Summer Vacation

Lovely clean & well equipped property in ideal location to get in and out of Rotonda. Owners were friendly, helpful & easy to deal with. Superb outside space around the pool and best part of all is the dock overlooking the lake to watch the sunset, gators and wide range of wildlife. Would recommend & stay again.
