「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「The host was amazing and the apartment was magnificent! I would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is great and the bedroom is very comfortable. The view is nice and the location is walkable. I recommend it for a family friendly stay!」

「A well located apartment in the centre of Rouen. Property management were responsive. There is parking on site but the access is narrow and not suitable for a larger vehicle.」
