“If you decline a room cleaning. They will still come in after you leave. Reasoning was not justified but came with excuses on why she came in. I had cameras inside the room. She stared at my personal items but thankfully she did not take anything. ”

“It was very hard to get parking. There was no really no accommodation. There were roaches in the hotel room, bed, bathroom. Everywhere you look they were roaches. Very bad experience”

“I really should get a refund. Staff had not been informed of my arrival and there were no rooms at that level. They did there best but exceptionally poor overall. Recém reception said that I should be given my money back. ”
