“Our booking was made in February 2026 and we arrived to find we were not staying in the hotel but in an adjacent building 100 yards away which housed apartments. The weekend was to celebrate my 80th birthday and luckily I am sufficiently agile to overcome the steps getting into the apartment. It could possibly have been more convenient and cheaper to have booked a nearby travel lodge.”

“Room clean , bathroom good. Towels good size. Little short on plug sockets for modern day appliances such as phones, hair dryers, hair straighteners.”

“Lovely room though we had a problem with a leak from the upstairs shower. It was quickly sorted by the hotel manager. The staff seemed really friendly. The hotels is a short walk to the centre of Harrogate and I would recommend”

“Great stay at hotel as it a good base for sightseeing Harrogate and other places, short walk into Harrogate and buses run very frequently. Hotel windows could do with nets or blinds and the wind whistled all one night through the window vent. My mattress sagged a bit in the middle and had two lights not working on arrival. On the whole we were happy with our stay and would probably go back.”

“Lovely hotel and breakfast was very nice. It was a small room which was to be expected Strangely there was a step up to the bathroom and this had a glow in the dark sign that was annoying at night A few little bits that could have been better. No plug near the desk to make tea had to use bedside table, door stop needed repairing in bathroom. But all minor. The spa was a nice addition. Nice location in Harrogate.”

“Stayed previously, great location, accomodation perfect 2 large bedrooms with immaculate bathrooms, parking facilities an extra bonus. No doubt we'll be back again. Only negative strangely couldnt find any cups/plates etc.”

“Nice walking distance into the village”

“Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Food was very good. Hotel was well positioned to access all the main attractions of Harrogate. Car parking very limited and very tight for large cars. Room was adequate but cramped but bathroom was modern and well equipped. Shower over bath and as bath was deep getting in and out for small and older clients very difficult. Used cups and biscuits were not replenished from day to day. From previous reviews and ratings we were a little disappointed with the……
