Studio 22 is hidden along a private alley way, only minutes from the famous 'Landgate', in Rye.
Large open plan living area, with dining area, galley style kitchen and comfy seating to watch TV after a day exploring the local area.
Stairs lead down to the double bedroom and ensuite
shower room. Fluffy dressing gowns and towels await you.
A private decked terrace just outside the front door.
The owner is on hand next door if needed.

Note: We are happy to except short stays of two nights or more. Please enquire as discounts given on nightly price.

Perfect location

Self-contained and comfortable, and in an ideal location for the short walk into the beautiful town of Rye. Access is down an alleyway, and up and down steps that can be tricky in the rain. Likewise the interior stairs need careful maneuvering but this does not detract from its charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the studio.

A quirky property in a very quiet location. Extremely clean and comfortable. Unusual staircase inside which needs care to use. Very near buses and trains. Lovely location.

Querky but superbly kitted out and immaculately clean

The apartment has everything you need; the only downside is that is situated behind buildings and so access is only on foot and you have to park in nearest car park for both unloading and parking during your stay ( £5 per 24 hours which was fine) Apparently there is free parking further away from the unit
