“We had a lovely stay. The staff could not have done enough for you. The place is kinda old fashioned but i think that part of its charm. The food served in the restaurant in the evening and for breakfast was very high quality and delicious. The staff were wonderful. Apparently the (waiting) staff dont really get many tips, so you may want to tip separately rather at the end of the stay to ensure they get it. It wasnt clear. One little negative, the room was way too hot and took hours to cool……

“Advertised as a hotel (not Pontins) with an address that didn't match the booking one and lacking many of the basics you'd have in in anything resembling a hotel. One of the worst properties I've stayed in over 4 decades. A generally stand off ish and hostile undertone from the staffing on arrival, several serious defects and no warning about the bedding or towel shortfalls (unless you are one of their loyal customers who tolerate more than they should be expected to). Play areas and dinosaur……
