“Overall stay was great! could use a deep clean but it was ok.”

“Central, very clean and just like the photos. We had a little issue with the guard not letting in a guest because he refused to turn down the loud music but other than that it was very good staying at the apartment cannot blame the guard either.”

“Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others. Yes, there are neighbors so the basic common neighborly courtesy applies.The neighbors and staff are also……

“Looks better in person. Hopefully the owner upgrade the furnitures. Has lots of potential to be bigger and better because they did an excellent job with training their staff- very delightful, professional, pleasant and welcoming. Resolved issues quickly. Not everywhere you go you find that quality of staff. I would encourage the owner to capitalize on that and add some upgrades to make it more modern. I would definitely go back. I”

While the amenities were limited and the decor a bit outdated, I appreciated how clean and presentable the apartment was during my short visit. With a few modern updates and some repairs, this place could truly shine and provide an even more enjoyable experience. ”

“When I took a taxi and reached the Pogas suites for check in There was nobody and I called the owner he said the property is under renovation and I asked for refund he told me contact to the Expedia . I paid the extra for the another to stay and find a room. Please kindly refund my amount. Thanks.”

“This is a scam they will take your money and will deny you the access to the property. They stole my money till now I dont get my money and I was denied the access to the property. Thats a scam.”

“Basically a scam. The property rang us on the morning of check-in, cancelled the reservation and said it would process a refund. Then refused to refund us after I had to chase hotels.com. Do not use this property or anything associated with it.”

“Place was nice but some of the workers had a nasty attitude and made us go to the basement to get on elevator. The bathroom toilet wasn’t flushing I had to fill up the toilet with water for every flush. I will not be staying there again ”
