"This hotel was decent. Nice looking. But not as fancy as the pics portray. But I would not recommend to stay here. For one reason. When I got there around 5pm to check in. No one was there. I had read this happened to others in a few reviews and I ignored it. I had been up since 4am, roaming around the sacred valley all day, and I was exhausted and dirty. I called the manager and he said he was out running errands and he be back in 10 minutes. Will those 10 minutes turn into 45 minutes. It...

"It was great! They had breakfast every morning which was always good. It was a little removed from central Ollantaytambo, about an 8 min walk, but that was no problem for me. Very comfortable with plenty of space. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Lovely family run hotel. Beds were comfortable with nice duvets, shower had lots of hot water and towels were large. It is located on a quiet steet in a friendly neighborhood with lots of nearby places to eat. Close to the central plaza and a local market. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. "

"My favorite hotel experience of our entire Peru trip. I highly recommend Melissa Wasi! The locale was amazing. The view of the mountains, the flowers around the hotel, the friendly dogs on premises, everything was magical. I did not want to leave! It was a chilly night when we were there, but firewood was right outside our door and the fire kept us warm and cozy. The owners were amazing people and helped us in any way we asked. "This place had everything I needed. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The owner is often on site and I enjoyed visiting with him. I stayed in the deluxe suite and loved it so much, I entended my stay, as well as got another room for my adult son. The rooftop is beautiful and the drinks we’re great! A little noisy, but you’re in the city and I enjoyed the sounds. I would stay here again one hundred times!"

"We loved our stay at Andenes Del Inca! Walter was very helpful and welcoming. We were able to store our luggage there as we went to Machu Picchu. The property is quiet and clean, and in a convenient location to explore Ollantaytambo and the surrounding ruins. I would highly recommend staying here, especially for the price and for Walter’s hospitality!"

"The property is a stunning place located approximately ten minutes from downtown, with convenient access provided by the hotel's complimentary shuttle service. During our stay, we traveled with a group of seven, including four children. Each morning began wonderfully with the complimentary breakfast served in the aesthetically pleasing restaurant and surrounding area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Parwa Guest House in Ollantaytambo was a very nice place to stay. they held our luggage for three days as we went to Machu Picchu. They recommended an excellent restaurant in Ollantaytambo town square where we ate after dropping off our luggage. We ate there again when we returned. Parwa Guest House serves a delicious breakfast starting with a very nice fruit bowl. It had a bed and breakfast feel to it. Jorge and his wife are so friendly, and they helped us with other questions we had before our trip started. I would definitely stay here again. "
