「The hosts are very communicative. Venture out is a nice place to stay. The house has a few things that made the stay not as wonderful as possible. Countertop ice maker did not work, toilet seat in master bathroom is very loose, ants in the kitchen and a roach in guest bathroom. The a/c unit drips water onto your parked vehicle. With that being said the trip was not ruined.」

「Very cute room for just me and my wife. Close to Duval St and other points of interest. A little confusing to get the key to our room and then enter the house but Ken was very responsive in helping us out. The AC worked great! And the bathroom had excellent lighting. We rode the bikes one evening. Could have used some more air in the tires but we got around. Make sure you bring water to put in mini fridge for a cold drink after a day out in the heat. The tap water was luke warm at best. Overall...

「The condo is nice but there were issues so that made it disappointing. The grill had mold inside and outside - so we couldn't use it. We had chipped dishes, a pan that was flaking so couldn't be used and was missing a dishcloth from the kitchen. The lid to the regular coffee was usable but broken. The handle to bottom drawer of stove was loose. The light under the microwave didn't work. All of the bikes needed air in the tires except for 1 bike. The pool and pool deck are nice but not...

「The room was functional. We loved the location and ease of getting everywhere. The pool was really nice. The only complaint is that the entire bathroom floods when you take a shower. We ended up using our flip flops to squeegee the water to the drain, because the drain is higher than the rest of the floor. Highly recommend providing a squeegee to help with flooding.」
