「Loved that it was a restful cool oasis in the terminal, just wish I could have stayed a little longer to have a sleep before boarding my next flight.」

「I can only sleep for 6 hours.」

「The hotel itself is in a very good location and convenient to access the city. There are lot of shops and malls around, with the Joo Chiat Complex just next door. However, a lot of basic things needed improvement: 1) I had booked this hotel because according to brochures it had free onsite covered parking. I tried to contact the hotel through Hotels.com app to confirm the parking arrangement, but no one responded. Even after Hotels.com tried to contact them on my behalf, they did not respond. 2)...

「Me and my two other friends had a bad time at there. The hotel has very unprofessional severe. 」

「Satisfactory」
