"Wir waren zu 3 da, Dezember, Heizung funktionierte nur schlecht bis kaum, vieles war kaputt, Betten durchgelegen, Steckdosen teils locker, Dusche nur für Kinder geeignet. Saint Denis ist leider eine Ghetto Gegend, besser vorher informieren, wo man bucht. Check in war einfach, nach Anweisung per Telefon, Parkplatz war nützlich, die Agentur nett. Aber das Apartment definitiv zu teuer für die Kaputte Ausstattung und kaum Heizung"

"On a demandé un hébergement dans le quartier de Saint Denis, on nous a donné une adresse à Mantes-la-jolie, dès le début, on avait affaire à une manque de professionnalisme.Arrivée dans l'appartement, on avait seulement de l'eau chaude que la première et dernière nuit de notre séjour, ainsi que le chauffage ne marchait qu'à la première nuit de notre séjour.On a beau appelé, on a vécu dans un endroit froid pendant l'hiver.J'espère qu'il y aura une amélioration pour les autres vacanciers."

"The property was difficult to access upon arrival as there was no one on site and the wrong FOB had been left for us. The property was advertised as a three bedroom, 2.5 bath. It is not. there are 2 bedrooms and an uncomfortable pull out couch in the living room. There is one room with a toilet and the shower and sink are in another small room. There is no tub as advertised. The property lacked cleanliness. We found soiled men’s underwear in one of the closets. Many lightbulbs were burnt out....

"Maybe the experience was so poor due to our unique circumstance. We were staying in Monaco for a week, but decided to do a 1-day overnight trip to Paris. We has a handicap senior and 2 children under 10. We traveled by train, so we didn't have a car. We explained this to the host. It was dark and cold and it took forever to find the box to get the key. Instructions were poor. The bathroom had mold. The towels were stained, small and thin. There were no face towels. "Absolutely fantastic, a truly wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until the moment we left , Francesca and her team were absolutely outstanding, the day we arrived at The Castille was my birthday and they really made it extra special and very memorable . Their attention to detail is incredible. We would highly recommend Castille Paris and will definitely return again very soon . "

"Despite being a 2-star hotel, it’s a great place to stay if you really want that old world European experience. This hotel is NOT some big fancy high rise like a Marriott or Hyatt with a doorman, fitness center, room service, etc. The place was probably an old apartment building before converted into a very quaint and charming hotel. The rooms are small, but ours had a cute balcony and lots of shelves, so we had plenty of storage. The shower fixture was modern and clean and the room temp was controlled by a digital thermostat. There was no mini fridge, but since we were there over New Years, we simply stored some food items outside on the balcony where it averaged about 34°F (1°C) throughout our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us store our bags in a locked closet when we arrived too early for check-in, but still got our room ready ahead of schedule. "
