“This was not our first time here but will be our last. We stayed in the oceans section - room 2008. View from the room was amazing but that’s where it ends. The water pressure in the bathroom was so bad and sewer flies came out of the drain. The sewer smell in the room was awful. Room was not cleaned each day, the same water bottle left on the walkway was there the entire week (do they not clean at all??) When we arrived there was a family checking in who was extremely upset about their room……

“The room was clean, the location quiet, the pool was clean and not overly busy, and staff regularly cleaned the room and changed the towels. Although the location is hilly, the resort operates an internal shuttle bus on request. ”
