"My stay at Sonesta was a bit of a mixed experience. There were several maintenance issues in the room that really shouldn’t have been overlooked. The shower head needed fixing, the AC seemed stuck at 18 degrees the entire time, and the Body Soap, Shampoo and conditioner dispensers were broken, which was inconvenient.
The pool area was also disappointing. There’s only one pool, and it was consistently very crowded, making it hard to actually enjoy.
That said, the staff were genuinely nice and helpful, which made a positive difference during the stay.
Overall, it has potential, but the property really needs better upkeep and attention to detail."
