“Pictures of this place on the outside must be very old, not a place for a family to stay. Room smelled strong of mold and mildew, mold on the wall in the bathroom, construction going on around the building, the pool had algae covering the bottom. I could go on but I ultimately decided we could not stay there and the staff was helpful and got me a refund so we could go elsewhere.”

“There mold in the tub, around the shower head and sink. There were spiders and spider webs. The door was not sealed which allowed bugs to enter into the room. This was an emergency trip because of a death in the family. I wish the room was cleaner.”

“Our rooms were clean and nice. The trouble was with the third party booking, it took us forever to get checked in. Then we booked for the indoor pool and hot tub, hot tub wasn’t working. Overall not too bad.”

“The room was filthy. Not able to stay in it because of how disgusting it was.”

“No pool, no breakfast, refrigerator in room we turned on but was a horrific smell so we unplugged and kept stuff iced down ”
