「You have alot of places with in a three to five minute walk. The train and bus station, grocery store, pharmacy. The place is nice and quiet as well. It is fully supplied with tableware for the guests staying longer. Check in and out are hassle free. 」

「飯店就在尤加利丘車站樓上非常方便，且樓下就有Family Mart，對面就是Yūkari Plaza (YOU!PLA)百貨，房間可展開超過30吋的行李，飯店有點歷史但很乾淨設備上都還足夠，若隔天凌晨或一早要到成田機場搭機，坐車也只需要30分鐘，很適合中途休息的飯店。」

「3世帯で父のお誕生日のため利用させてもらいました。 お庭もガレージ広く、また、間取りも広々していて利用しやすいです。 思ったより、環境は静かではなかったです。 家の前の道路が抜け道になっているようで、かなり大きいトラック通ります。 リビングにいる時はさほど気になりませんが道路側の寝室は少し揺れます。 各お部屋にエアコンもあり快適でした。 BBQと手持ち花火をして盛り上がりました。 また家族のイベント時に利用させてもらいたいです。」

「Nice staff and service. There are many restaurants nearby, you also can find Donki, supermarkets and other small grocery stores within a short walk. convenient location but not very crowded as city center. 」

「Overall a very good and convenient hotel in Ayase! Lots of restaurants and stores around, really closed to Ayase station, and the living conditions are comfortable. Would be better if a clearer instruction can be provided regarding how to access the service counter, which is on the 2/F. And the fact that a curtain can be added between the bath tub and washroom area, so that water can be separated from the washroom, and it can be used by two people at the same time.」
