Mid-Century decor, 3bd/3bath, two patios, 1 mile from downtown Salida

Our home is nestled on a hillside behind Salida's famous S Mountain, just over a mile from downtown. Hundreds of miles of mountain biking and hiking trails sprawl across these gorgeous hills.
We have outfitted our home to reflect our modern tastes and to accommodate all the creature comforts we enjoy on vacation. Large windows and two patios make sure you've got plenty of access to Colorado sunshine and spectacular mountain views.
Three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms.


You get sole access to the entire place. We keep a close eye on the place to make sure it stays in excellent shape, and if you need anything during your stay, we're just a call or message away!

There are three private queen bedrooms in the home, one with a twin bunk over top. Three full bathrooms and two separate living areas that open off the kitchen and dining rooms. One has a very stylish pull-out couch, and air mattresses can be provided if desired. The other (main) living area has a sectional couch, TV, and breath-taking views from its multiple, large windows.
Just up the road from the house you can access hundreds of miles of mountain biking and hiking trails that sprawl across these gorgeous hills. Or ride into town (all downhill!) and if you're not up for huffing it back "home," call the local cabby for a cheap lift--they've got bike racks!
Starlink internet is provided, along with three smart TV's so guests can log in to their own streaming platforms.

Our cleaning standards have always been very high (as you can tell by our reviews), but with the advent of the COVID 19 threat, we've doubled-down our already high disinfecting standards to ensure the safety of our employees, guests, and our entire community.


Please note that this home is STRICTLY pet-free, due to severe allergies among the homeowners. Any evidence of a pet having been on the property will necessitate a professional upholstery cleaning of the entire home, which will be billed to the offending party (between $300 and $500, depending on the depth of clean needed). Please DO NOT bring pets or allow any animals on the property. Thank you in advance for complying.
