「Was amazing, the front desk make me feel welcome. The room was outstanding. The personal of the restaurant always friendly.」

「Nice position, near to Chipichape！ Nice staffs, slime and helpfully！ Nice room, great and quiet！」

「The hotel is next to the park. In the night a lot of people go to the park to play drums and party. The hotels sound proof facilities are very bad so all the time you can hear people passing by at your door or people talking outside and the drum and party outside is especially annoying. When you go to take breakfast, you need to pass by the toilet which is next to the elevator and next to the breakfast area. And the toilet is very smelly… the worst case what happened was the cleaning lady mixed...

「Loved that they provided an excellent breakfast and service was excellent. Didn’t like that they don’t provide blankets on the bedding and only provide one towel per guest. The property is nice but their bathrooms need some TLC. 」

「Excellent stay and staff, rooms comfortable mattresses..did not particularly like the steaming TV , would rather of had cable or satellite, only two channels in English out or 400 and no CNN. I will stay there again though since this is my 6th time staying there .」

「El personal del hotel excelente, ubicación perfecta muy cerca al centro comercial chipichape y restaurantes. El desayuno espectacular. Sería bueno prestar un poco más de detalle a la limpieza del baño, el suelo de la ducha está curtido, las separaciónes entre los mosaicos del baño les faltaba limpieza al igual que en el lavamanos. La ropa de cama como las fundas de las almohadas estaban deterioradas. 」
