The staff at the front desk were beyond welcoming and did an excellent job informing me of the various amenities within the hotel. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! "Great value, comfortable beds. Very convenient location for any shopping, food and gas. The shortcomings included a main door that didnt completely close (could be an issue). The property is dated and some wall paper was peeling. The pool has been down a while and no one was working on it. Breakfast selection was good but limited. Carpet needs replacing. The hotel smelled very fresh! I was surprisingly pleased with my stay."

"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The first room I was given looked as though it hadn't been used or cleaned in a long time (dust on the walls and ceiling, dead bugs, etc.). I asked for a new room and the concierge was very helpful and issued me a different room. The second room was very clean and up to par. 7/10, I do recommend."

"Our trip for my daughter’s 12th birthday was great. All of the staff were excellent and polite. Kimberly Simmons was nice enough to purchase my daughter some flowers and a card signed by all the staff! It was so beautiful! We come every year for her birthday and the hotel is always clean and has great amenities. I am so thankful for the staff and their great customer service and would recommend anyone who hasn’t to give this hotel a try! "

"We had a plumbing program in the first room we checked in. 3 attempts to fix it. But was unfixable at the time. So Ms Julia Tayler at front desk went up and beyond to make our accommodation a very excellent. She changed our room which was perfect for our stay and told us if we needed anything else let her know. She was the best. I would recommend a stay here definitely. ❤️❤️❤️"
