“Staff was nice and very helpful. My teenage grandson was able to enjoy the pool while I watched World Cup. Hotel had something for everyone. Had nice breakfast also!”

“This experience was nothing like what we expected. The pictures on the website make the rooms look way better than they are in person. The beds are completely uncomfortable. They don’t have comforters so bring a blanket or something with you because they literally have one sheet on the bed to sleep under. They don’t give you any cleaning items for the kitchen to start like most places will. No hand soap or small mini size dish detergent or kitchen rag to wash the dishes. This is for someone who……

“Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel.”

“Booked a double queen wheel chair accessible room via Expedia. When I checked in the girl/woman informed me that all handicapped rooms were being remodeled. My son is a paraplegic and needs the larger bathroom. The girl/woman was rude, no customer service skills, no empathy and needs to be fired. She is not fit to work with the public. This happened Sunday night around 7pm so that management knows who was on duty. I went to the home by Hilton across the street and they were more than happy to……
