It was a great experience. The kids as well as the adults had an amazing time. The heated pool right next to the hot top worked great to keep everyone close by.

Nice home, quiet neighborhood.

The house was perfect for our stay to see our son graduate from basic training. Great location close to everything, yet on a nice quiet street with wildlife.

The Richard’s House

We had a great stay. Only issue was a tripped circuit breaker for the hot tub when we were using it. Richard responded quickly by phone with location of the breaker, so function returned quickly.

Home was very comfortable. Very nice pool and hot tub easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to everything but also in a good location for delivery so best if you want to eat out or stay in . Had a hiccup the first night but owner quickly replied and fixed it in less than an hour. Was very impressed with the quality of the stay .

Got what we expected

Felt like the owner was very cordial and pleasant. Was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The property was one of the best we have ever stayed. Will use one of their properties again.

Great house, exactly as advertised

There were five of us, ranging from ages, 82 to 30. The house was well appointed and very clean. We were able to enjoy the heated pool and hot tub for multiple days even in the cooler March weather. If we go back, we will definitely consider staying at this property again.

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway with an amazing host!

We are beyond impressed with the lovely property and the amazing host! The property itself exceeded our expectations and were exactly like the pictures but better! We spent the weekend there celebrating our daughter's college graduation. We had a small dinner with family and friends. The place was so spacious and perfect for the amount of people that were there. The pool was everything!! We spent the entire weekend enjoying the pool that we didn't even want or have to go anywhere. Richard was such a gracious host. Upon arrival we were greeted with a bowl of delicious snacks and a very nice card. If you plan to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay, then I highly suggest that you get this property. We will definitely come back!!!

Perfect for is

This was a great house and a great experience. Everything was exactly as listed. Great location for getting to and from Airport, Lackland AFB and the River Walk. House was plenty big and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect, we did not use the hot tub since it was so hot outside. The owner was very friendly and always responded promptly

Great Stay

We were a family of 7. Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent mattresses. We had fun playing in the large backyard. Sea World and the Aquarium were close by. We also enjoyed The Alamo, Hop On/Off bus, and the River Walk (boat ride too). So…..when asked what he did in San Antonio, the 5 year old said , “The House”.😁. We all got a good laugh, but it’s interesting that he liked it that much!

Great place to stay!

The pool, the hot tub the spacious bedrooms and living areas are all amazing! Last person who stayed there left food in the oven and it wasn't found during the cleaning. But that's not R and O's fault. We've stayed here before and love this place. I may bring a really good, sharp 👨‍🍳 knife next time because we like to cook big meals. But the kitchen has practically everything we needed. Look forward to coming back.

Spacious & Enjoyable

We had a family gathering with seniors 64-80 with mobility issues some of which increased after our booking. Stairs became an issue for most of us. I wouldn’t necessarily suggest this as a senior getaway. Not the fault of the owner, we were aware that they were there. The house and yard was clean and spacious and accommodating for our needs. The pool was beautiful but due to weather we were unable to use it. Richard was quickly available for a minor tv problem. All in all it was a very nice property.

Loved the pool!

We came to town for a trip to Seaworld. The park was a short ride away, The house was spacious and well appointed. The pool was wonderful ! Richard responded to questions in a timely manner.
