Awesome overall. The only issue was the door keypad which was very tricky to get working. Took about 10 min to enter correctly but once we figured it out it was no problem. Would return

Not as advertised - so so space for only 2

The unit was not quite as advertised. The property area outside was not clean and tidy as in the photos. The bbq grills were very dirty so we were unable to grill. The AC in the kitchen window was flimsy and kept the access to the property open for intruders. The bathroom sink was clogged and didn’t drain. The couch wasn’t quite the twin bed that it was sold to be. I did msg mtg about this and they ignored my response. It’s really a space for 2 people. Parking was very difficult. The walk to Pacific beach was not too far out but I would Opt for something closer for the same price next time.
