Great location

Sailed the bay, laid around on the beach, ate amazing Mexican food across the street at La Playa Mexican Food restaurant. Nice , clean, updated house a short walk to the beach

Beautiful home, perfect location

A perfect girlfriend’s weekend in this beautiful rental. We enjoyed both patios, grilling & cooking in the kitchen and the convenient walks to the beach, bars & grocery store. Definitely recommend! We can’t wait to go back!

Perfect quiet getaway

The property was in a great location, minutes from the beach. You have two outdoor areas to enjoy people watching or have a private area. There's also plenty of amenities to enjoy. Would highly recommend and consider visiting again!

great beach stay!

The location was perfect, we walked everywhere! The house was very cute, clean, comfortable. We loved having the outdoor areas with the grill and fire table. It was really nice to have a garage, it is small but we were able to get a Ford Edge into it, wouldn't go any bigger than that though! We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

The house was very comfortable for my family of four. It had everything we needed to cook a few nights, it was close to beaches which was wonderful. The area had restaurants, coffee shops, rental places that didn’t know we needed. We had a wonderful vacation and would stay here again.

Great spot!

Perfect spot for a beach getaway. 1 block off the pacific, easy walk to loads of restaurants, shopping, etc. The outside space with a shower was helpful, and the garage spot was a huge convenience. Nice kitchen, plenty of space for a family of 4.

Immaculate, new, fantastic location

This was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at. The property managers were super responsive and the unit is impeccably clean. 50 yards to the strand and enclose proximity to restaurants, bars, grocery, and the catamaran resort. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Beautiful Propery

The is a great property. Close to all the restaurants and shopping. Footsteps to the beach. Clean and well appointed - has everything you need! Updated and modern, clean and comfortable! Would recommend and definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely, clean and well equipped house with plenty of space for two. The house is actually located on the corner of Zanzibar and Mission Boulevard, the main drag through the location. That means it can be a bit noisy. And we found it impossible to maneuver into the small garage, which meant we were involved in the daily hunt for a street parking space. But we managed! The walk to the beach is a quick couple of minutes and the house is well stocked with towels. plenty of good restaurants close by. Can't fault the house but the location and parking challenges were a little disappointing.

Better than expected

This property is better in person than the pictures show which is rare. It was spotless, roomy, great outdoor spaces, comfortable beds, comfortable living room furniture and kitchen appliances and dishes etc were top notch. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect Location

This little beach cottage was such a fantastic find! It’s completely remodeled with nice appliances, bathrooms, and furniture. We loved having the outdoor patio to relax on and enjoy the sunny mornings with our coffee. Literally steps from so many restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Very responsive property management. The one car garage is small, but fit our Subaru pretty well. We did have a 2nd vehicle and parked along mission Blvd and once we found a spot we didn’t move again until we left. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic little house Great location

This place was perfect. Great location to the beach and bayside. I was hesitant due to it being right off Mission Blvd, but it was totally fine and not noisy at all. The garage was a bit tricky to get into. I recommend backing into it. The house interior is great and so clean. It had all the amenities to cook and clean and the air conditioning makes it so worth the cost. Grill works great as does the oven and stovetop. All the appliances are top notch. The owners really made the house a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again. I would recommend a fly swatter if I had one tiny complaint. 5 ⭐️

Chic Cottage

The attention to detail and cleanliness of the cottage is impeccable. The photos are accurate but do not do justice to the physical space.There is nothing lacking to make your stay stress free. Bluewater Vacation rental was in constant contact to ensure that if anything was needed they were there to help. We were also graciously given supplies for our Thanksgiving visit. The only issue with the cottage is the proximity to Mission Boulevard which at times can be disruptive during the day if you want to relax on the enclosed patio but is not an issue during the night. In short, I would consider staying here again and most certainly consider any other property managed by Bluewater.

Great family vacay spot

Great location with easy walking access to the beach and the bay. Quick drive to the Zoo and SeaWorld for day trips with the kids. Ate at nearby restaurants World Famous and The Mission which are a quick walk with great food. The management team was very responsive and communicative during our stay to ensure a great trip. We will definitely book again!

Awesome location and beautiful home.

Perfect for our family of 4. Lovely path to the beach and walkable to local restaurants and stores. The property was clean and exactly as described. We fit a Mitsubishi outlander sport in the garage just fine. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella too!
