“The location was great! We took an uber to Universal Studios, it was roughly an 8 minute ride. Drivers were readily available. The property was clean, well stocked, and cozy for a small family. We had a great trip and the host was responsive and pleasant.”

“We liked that the host provided beach towels for our use. We did have a problem with the entry code when we arrived which created a bit of havoc at first. While we knew there would be parking on the street we did not know that we could not pack on the street on Sunday morning, due to a parade in the area. So, we had to park a half mile away and spend time searching for parking. For the price it was a cool hang, but with three adults we probably needed more space.”

“**Older adults and heavy luggage beware** the outdoor very narrow spiral stair case is the only entrance and it was difficult to navigate. Host was very attentive until we checked in. Once we got into the room, it was lovely. Well furnished and we appreciated the hotel like atmosphere with coffee and supplies, utensils. We also had Grubhub delivered twice without issue. We walked to one of the eateries in the listing. The street and neighborhood are well kept, but a couple streets over where……

“The place was as listed. I had searched up places nearby and liked that there was a walmart just few min away. Theres good fast food places nearby. The place is also located just behind a conveniece store. My family and I enjoyed the place. Im a coffee lover and I loved the nespresso machine!! I planned to use the laundry room but did not have time. It was easy to get to our destinations and back.”

“4.5 stars for great location and very clean. Being ground level made it a little noisy and exposed when windows were open but has curtains for privacy. ”
